Discrete Wireless now offers instant web access to your own personalized installer account. Once you sign up, you can view all upcoming service and install requests, keep track of all the work you have done for us, and take advantage of our new electronic billing and invoicing system.

With our new interface, you get the following features:

• Log in to review new service requests or recieve email notifications
• View accepted service/installs in your own dispatch calendar.
• Accept or Decline jobs with one push of a button.
• Schedule Call dates and recieve reminders.
• Add-Edit customer or unit information to any ticket.
• Add optional service addresses.
• Use our new electronic invoicing system to automatically send invoices to Discrete Wireless for payment processing.
• View a complete record of all invoices submitted and their status as they travel through the approval and payment process.
