Start Stop Report

The Start-Stop report contains data indicating start position of the mobile and all stops. This is a good report for analyzing, among other things, the time spent in transits, the time spent at each stop, and the number of stops per day for any selected mobile. This report is presented with the following data:

• Start Time
• Time Moving
• Mileage
• Stop Time of day
• Stopped time
• Location
• Idle Time
• Sensor Time
• Maximum Speed

Detailed Daily Activity with Map

The Detailed Activity report provides a detailed report of all activity for the vehicle for the day selected. When this report is run the map of the selected mobile appears automatically.

Detailed Activity Report LL also contains Latitude / Longitude information

Detailed Activity Report EVT also contains Event Information

Fleet Status Report

The Fleet Status report is for taking a snapshot of the current status of a fleet of mobiles. This is an excellent tool for locating the closest mobile to a point, determining which mobile may be available, or just to get an update on where all the mobiles are at any particular time.

• Vehicle name
• Last update time
• Motion (moving or stopped)
• Driver’s name
• Location
• Speed
• Heading in compass point and degrees

Mileage by State Report

The Mileage By State report breaks down the total miles traveled in each state by mobile and gives a total for all miles traveled in each state.

Mileage By State DT sorts the report by Date

This report contains the following data:

• Vehicle name
• State
• Miles
• Total Miles by State

Fleet Summary Report

The Fleet Summary report contains all information for a specific day, week, or month on all vehicles in a fleet. This is a good way to see at a glance, an overall summary of the status of the fleet mobile units. This data includes:

• Vehicle name
• Moving Time
• Stopped Time
• Total Mileage
• Total Stops
• Average Stop Length
• Average Stops Per Day
• Maximum Speed

Detailed Activity Report

The Detailed Activity report includes every piece of track, engine, or sensor data sent from the vehicle unit to the Discrete Wireless servers. The data contained in this report includes:

• Date/Time
• Driver’s name
• Location
• Miles
• Speed
• Heading in compass point and degrees
