How It Works - The MARCUS® user can create alerts within the system that cause an email to be sent immediately to one or more addresses when a specific condition is encountered.
The MARCUS® system monitors the information sent by the GPS device located in each fleet vehicle, and compares the data to the alert criteria. When the conditions for an alert are met, the system sends the email, and stores the information for use in this report. |
Automated Delivery - Reports can be automated to run at any time. The MARCUS® system will save the report as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file and then deliver it to your email inbox or handheld device.
Hyperlinks - MARCUS® automatically converts each start and stop time into a hyperlink. When you click on these hyperlinks, MARCUS® will display a detailed map of the location with easy to read customizable icons indicating the location of the vehicles. For more detail, use the Google Street View to better see exactly where a violation occurs. |
